About Us – A Little Magic, A Lot of Heart 💜

We're Tracy and Emil, the husband-and-wife team behind Instinctively Mystical, an independent metaphysical shop in the heart of Thetford, Norfolk.

Our passion for crystals, spirituality and holistic wellbeing goes beyond simply running a shop. We're building a welcoming space where everyone can explore, connect and feel part of our community.

Alongside our beautiful crystals, spiritual gifts and treasures, we offer holistic therapies, including Reiki, reflexology and Indian head massage.

Our dream is to continue growing within Thetford, bringing people together through workshops, wellbeing experiences and community events.

We're a small family business with big dreams, and every customer is part of our journey.

With love and a little everyday magic, Tracy & Emil. ✨
